My Drawer
I've heard it said that you can tell a lot about a person if you can look inside their drawers. So, I have a challenge for you. Looking at this photo, what can you tell about me? Leave a comment, and the person with the best answer... drum roll please ...wins a $25 gift certificate to amazon.com. ...Seriously!
You have until Monday at 6:00 p.m. (MST)

Just like Matt, but a little more organized. I meant scatterbrained, but only because you have a plethora of things going on around you (And yes, Emily, I know what the word "plethora" means, and I even know how to use it correctly).
Okay there is a lot of stuff in this drawer, but what I gathered from it is you are smart because of the ipod cord you can figure out all this technical stuff. On the run all the time with your car. Talented and creative when you use your pens and markers.
Naomi's going to win it cause she's a brown-noser...I'd say you're kinda messy, cause your car looks and runs the same as your desk drawer. Also, you don't have time for organization because you're too busy thinking about the next photo you're going to take (obsessively creative)...Oh and you're a sharpie sniffer...that's the real reason you have so many of them ...Do I know what "plethora" means?
This is one gal who's got it together!! (hence the rubber band, glue stick) OH WAIT! sometimes she comes undone. (staple remover) She likes color in her life or she'll make sure. (markers) On the run and lovin' it. (She knows where her keys are and knows how to use them!)
Looking at this drawer makes me envious of you! Mine I have to shove closed.
Your's is scattered but at the same time it is organized but if it was too organized I'd say your life was controlled by obsessiveness. Your's is moderately messy giving you balance; you know what's important in life and would rather be focusing (no pun intended) on the greater happenings in your life rather then on an organized drawer.
I am impressed you because have it together. All of these items, stamps, stample remover, pencils, pens, markers, glue, etc....are daily parts of our life and when organized you can go right to the drawer and grab. I am also envious as you never have to search for your keys, you'll always know right where they are....something I am always wondering last minute "where are the keys?!"
I'm not feeling at all creative, so I asked Gracie. This is her answer:
"I don't know! Her keys look like ours. Did she wash hers too? Does she gots any scissors? I think she should draw a rainbow. Where is her stapler if she has a stapler taker outer? She has to have a stapler if she has one of those, right? Can I go back and play now?"
Gotta love Gracie...
You like sharpies and pens!
And Chapstick! And driving! :)
Wait! That's not chapstick, that's a glue stick! Ouch! Don't use that as chapstick!
I came back today to see if I was feeling more creative, and I don't. I think the "extra" hour of sleep made my brain swollen. It's not used to that sort of thing!
I asked Evie this time and she just gave me her giant open mouthed grin and went back to chewing on her fist. That was no help at all!!!
What can I say about this drawer that hasn't already been said about Baghdad?
You're a organize person only when you want to be. You rather write on paper than on a computer - like writing letters but still loves using the computer judging by the USB cable. You like throwing things into a box/drawer and get to them later.
You like to drive but not as much as you like taking photos. Probably have allergy - by the Claritin Tabs. You also like to collect things and has post-it notes written in color markers. You always have goals but not actually complete them because you either forgot or decide no to do it.
That's all I can think of.
Here's what I'm thinkin' (and maybe its not fair because I work across from you everyday):
I bet that is the third place that she had to look for her keys before she found them partially buried here in this pen graveyard and office wasteland.
And is that my sharpie??
And Bob will be all over that staple remover soon!
And that is the last standing glue stick in the office and now I know where to find it - wa ha ha (evil laugh!)
Lara
To em-cat!
How do you you spell stick out your tough and blow?
I don't brown nose, I just tell the truth! :)
love ya em
Yeah, Em. :-p She tells the truth. I'm smart, talented, and creative! ;-)
...in the end though, it didn't help. Everyones answers were GREAT, and I almost split it and sent you all a gift certificate for $2.50, but in the end I had to go with the most honest answer with the least amount to gain...
...drum roll please...the winner is GRACIE! ...and yes, I promise it will go to a 6 year old! ;-)
p.s. I'll do another contest...this was fun!
You have an addiction to disposable pens.
