Day 289

Goodbye Apt. B
I'm kind of sad to be leaving this place.  It's been a good home.

Day 283

Stopped on the Off-Ramp
F.Y.I. for the next week, don't expect great art...not that you ever have...or would for that matter.  I'm moving, so what you see is what you get.  No thought out photos for me this week, sorry.

Day 282

Pink Flower
I had something completely different planned for today, but fell in love with this flower instead...more specifically I fell in love with this light.  So, I'm sorry about yet another flower picture, but...

p.s. Happy first day of Summer

Day 281

Canned Goods
Can you tell it's one of those "Oh crap, I have to find a picture!" days?  Um...yeah. ;-)

Day 280

Shopping Cart
My Uncle Mike inspired me today.  He took a picture of a shopping cart and reminded me that even in simple things you can find inspiration.

Thanks Uncle Mike!

Day 279

Fountains of Roses
I know I take lots of flower pictures, and if you're sick of them I'm sorry...and you'll have to get over it...but I'm surrounded by these amazing flowers every day.  And, well, what can I say? :-)

Day 277

Eggs
This is Ellie, she's been on this blog as Jellybean, but she also goes by Eggs (or Egglie).  My sweet 8 & 9 year old nieces decided tonight that they wanted a "Photo Shoot."  How can you say no to that?  I had a hard time choosing.

Day 276

I have way too much crap!
And I never realize it until I move.  I hate moving.  Did I mention that I'm moving? :-)

Day 271

Barefoot
I was wondering what this child's mother was thinking letting her son go barefoot downtown, then I saw her. :-)

Day 268

Busking at it's Best

What is busking you ask?  Well, it is defined as "playing music or otherwise performing for voluntary donations in the street or in subways."  In my sleepy little town of Ogden, Utah (which is actually waking up...in a big way), I'm on a committee that is bring Busking to the streets.  Now, to be fair, busking is a constitutional right and these performers can play whenever and wherever they want.  But the Ogden Busking Association wants to support local artists and give them a voice, so we put a call out and brought Buskers to Downtown Ogden.

Tonight was the first night of (hopefully) many.  So if you are ever in Ogden on a Friday night, check out the Buskers and give them love...and tips.

Day 267

Dinner
I don't know what it is lately, but there have been several days that I've just about forgotten about a picture.  It's a little scary for me.  I think I just need some inspiration.  Let me know if you think of anything. :-)

P.S.  Have you noticed we are in the  "less than 100 days to go" category?

The Calla Lilies are in bloom again...
...such a strange flower...

Day 263

See Jonas Smile
It's amazing to see the lengths adults will go to just to get a 2 month old baby to smile.  And in the end it's worth it.
