Rotini alla Mozzarella
It's actually called Fusilli alla Caprese, but my Dad thought Rotini alla Mozzarella sounded funnier. Whatever it's called, combined with garden fresh tomatoes and basil, it was delicious!p.s. Yesterday's bread was really yummy with this pasta!

Okay, friends (Michelle, Naomi, Leanne, Emily...) I hear you. I've been thinking a whole lot about what is going to happen at the end of this project and the answer to that question is...I don't know. I'm pretty sure I will ALWAYS have a photo blog, but I just don't know what it's going to be. I do know 2 things. First - I need a break! Second - I'm not going to leave you hanging. I promise!
